Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Singapore only. All orders qualify for free express delivery.

Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via express courier from the time of dispatch. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary based on courier volume and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Our 30-Day "Visible Glow" Guarantee

We stand behind S-Radiance+ Glow™. If you don't see visible results within 30 days of consistent daily use (2 capsules a day), email us at hello@trysnowlab.com with your order number and we'll arrange a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions below.

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
• Proof of consistent use (e.g. remaining product, purchase date) may be requested.
• One guarantee claim per customer/household.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns of opened jars outside of the Visible Glow guarantee above. Unopened, unused jars may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email hello@trysnowlab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
